The Sunset Plan offers both pre-end of life practical planning options and helpful after-loss support services. We are an excellent resource for helping family members, professionals and employers deal with after death non-legal matters.
Our services are tailored specifically to your individual needs and requirements. Our support services focus on the practical challenges of life after death. We offer a range of standard and bespoke packages to meet your specific needs.
The sessions will:
- Consider your current personal, home and family circumstances
- Discuss your future financial, legal and estate planning needs, and signpost you on relevant professional partner services where required
- Identify areas of your practical life that require further organisation and planning
- Create a focused action plan that provides structure to your end of life, estate and life administration requirements
- Offer practical solutions that can help you ensure your loved ones are practically prepared and protected for the future
- After-Loss services to take some of the pressure off you when you ned it the most. Let us take some of the practical stress off your plate to enable you the space to focus on yourself and your loved ones when bereaved
As life constantly changes, we recommend a follow up consultation with The Sunset Plan every three years. We can support you to review, update and amend your plans, to ensure they fully reflect any changes in your circumstances.

1:1 consultation services
Flexible virtual consultation services in the UK.
We will conduct an overview of your current circumstances, discuss your concerns and wishes for the future and a devise a practical plan that you can implement in the short term. We will support you to make meaningful plans for your future.
Ideal for people who need support on an ad-hoc basis, need guidance on specific planning tasks or require a review of their plan
End of life planning packages
Supporting you with a review of your circumstances and the creation of a full practical end of life plan.
Ideal for people who need a comprehensive package of life organisation and legacy planning support
3 or 6 hour packages available (use flexibly over a 6 month period). Additional hours can also be purchased at a discounted rate.
After-Loss support package
Practical support to deal with non-legal matters after a bereavement. We can discuss your individual needs, create a practical plan of action and support you through the admin tasks that follow a death.
We can contact services on your behalf, deal with practical and admin tasks or guide you through what to do next.
Our flexible, compassionate services can support you when you need it the most.
Professional support service
Do you have client estate administration tasks to complete but don’t have the staff resources available?
Let us offer you our professional, affordable services. We can organise and lead on the practical matters involved with dealing with client estates. Our services can let you focus on the complex and technical matters involved in estate administration and probate.
This service can be helpful if your client does or did not have anyone available to deal with their practical matters on their behalf.
Employee wellbeing support services
Do you have Employees that have been recently bereaved or are facing loss within their family? Taking a compassionate, supportive approach to your employees can help with the personal and practical challenges they will be experiencing.
Offering our services on a 1:1 consultancy basis can be a beneficial tool as part of your Employee Wellbeing and Engagement Strategies.

Pre-paid After-Loss package
Do you want to leave a gift of our services to your family after your death?
Then why not pre-pay for your chosen package of After-Loss support!
If you are concerned that your family will struggle to deal with certain tasks after you are gone, this package can be a future gift to them. Have peace of mind that our specialist support services will be ready for them, when they need it the most.
Session and Travel Information
The 1:1 sessions are offered virtually at present.
In-person sessions can be arranged in North West Wales – subject to Covid-19 restrictions . Travel time and associated costs will be discussed when sessions are booked.
If you require in-person visits in other areas, please contact us to discuss. (Subject to availability and location)
Payment and Cancellations
All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking via PayPal or Bank Transfer. Invoices will be sent when the booking has been confirmed.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.
If further travel has commenced at the time of cancellation, the costs for this will also be re-charged to the client.
Confidentiality and GDPR
You can trust that The Sunset Plan fully complies with GDPR regulations at all times. You will be asked to sign a Client Agreement Form upon commencing with our services. You will also be asked to complete an Information Sharing Consent form that we can use when contacting other services on your behalf, to request authority to deal with matters on your behalf.
The Sunset Plan staff are fully DBS checked.
